Since not all translators of Conyac are professional, we can't promise you 100% correct results. However, we are checking the content of results everyday to ensure the best quality for the customer.
What can I do when I can't satisfy with the result?
When the translation does not make sense or you feel unsatisfied with the result, you can cancel the translation 12 hours after you receive the result. Once you have cancelled the request in time, your points will not be given to the translator.
If you cancel the points for the translator, your "acceptance rate" on your next request will change.
Please take note that you may not be able to get the translation result when your acceptance result is low.

Translation is first come basis. When the translation has reached the number requested, the request will be terminated.
However we encourage you to still give your translation, even if you do not gain any Conyac points. If your translation is rejected by the requestor, you won't get any points.

What can I do with my Conyac points?
In this service, you can pay the points out to PayPal account. Meaning you can convert your Conyac points to money using your Paypal account. Our company “anydooR” will deduct the processing fee of 20% when you pay out.

You can't delete your request after the submission.
