牛肉の細切りとえんどう豆のスープ*の違いはなーんだ？
牛肉は誰でも細切りにできるけど、スープを放尿(pee)*することはできないこと！

えんどう豆と、放尿の幼児語を引っ掛けたジョーク。
ただし、原文の二回目の「pea」は「pee」だと思われます。
